I started o2 community account before having an o2 contract.. today i closed a contract in O2 shop with the same mail address of the community account. But as soon as i wanted to access the information of my new contract on the app, i realized that im not able to use my email as a login email to my o2 new contract details..
therefor i would like you to delete my community account from the system so i’ll be able to use my email address on the contract account.
