I recently got O2 DSL, it has been activated on June 24th, 2019. My DSL connection is Home S Felx. But I want to change to S 24 month contract.

Can you please help?
Why would you like this? With the Flex contract, you can cancel at any time with only 4 weeks notice to the end of the month. Think about how useful this is when you move to another location.

With a 24 month contract the following applies:

Contracts with a minimum term of 24 months are extended after expiration of the minimum term by each additional 12 months, as far as they are not cancelled with a notice period of 3 months to the end of the minimum term or to the end of a respective extension period.

The contract is tied to your connection address. You will then have to pay the cost of the contract until the end of each extension period, regardless of whether you use it or not.
I am fine with the 24 months contract as it has some price advantage.
Maybe you safe some EUR now, but later you pay more, because you can't cancel it when you don't need it anymore. This forum is full of cases where customers want to get rid of their 2-year contract but can not because they were too greedy and did not choose the Flex contract. Think about it again.
