activating sim card


Im struggling activating my sim card. Please, how can i start verification from the beggining? I passed it successfully although its not activating.

Hello, thank you so so much for replying to me. 

I have bought a SIM-card (prepaid) and passed the id verification process successfully, after which “IDNow” told me “everything is ok, you’ll receive an activation email soon”. Usually, this happens in the next 5 minutes after they tell you this, but this time have passed more than 7 days and yet my sim card isn’t being activated. When I try to activate it again on the o2 website it says an error, I guess meaning that it’s already passed this process so wont allow me again.

Please, if you can help me with this, by checking whether its stuck or its not activated and you actually can activate it, I would appreciate it a lot, since I have bought something completely useless at this point.

Please, I uploaded a photo of the sim card details but it got deleted. I don’t know how to let you know my sim card details so you can have a look at it.
