Cancel automatic top-up


Hello,

I would like to un-link my bank details from O2 and from now on only top-up the account whenever I need to, which I cannot seem to fix myself through the app. I still have some money in so right now it’s not necessary.

Thank you in advance, and sorry if this was something I could fix myself.

To temporarily cancel the top-up via SEPA-Mansat, log in here and remove all markings and confirm the change with "Speichern" (Save) at the bottom.

In order to permanently remove the SEPA mandate (your bank details), contact the o2 Prepaid customer care via the o2 Prepaid customer chat (o2 Prepaid Kundenchat) : www.o2.de/chat

Yes, I was able to contact the o2 prepaid customer care via the o2 prepaid customer chat. Thank you for the help
