O2 internet to go roaming not working

As soon as I just crossed the border from Germany to the Netherlands my O2 internet to go stopped working. I have an active monthly flat rate with roaming but it isn’t working. Any idea why?

Hi @Jennifer H

welcome to our English Community.

I regret that your contract “o2 my Internet-to-Go” is not working in the Netherlands.

As you have the pack “Roaming Basic Pay Go”, it should be possible for you to use the contract in all European countries.

I just checked, but we have not blocked the usage abroad for you.

Therefore, please follow the suggestion of @Klaus_VoIP and answer the question of @tearsbeforecrying. Otherwise, it is difficult to help you.

Loving greetings,

Tobias

missing APN settings  (Internet - for postpaid)

Roaming not activated in the device

etc.

Try to make a manual network search, too.
Prefer T-Mobile NL there.

It’s internet to go in a mobile router, not a phone. So those aren’t configurable attributes. Roaming is active

A mobile WLAN router is a cell phone without a display. Nothing else.

Which router do you have?
