changing my simcards


Hello,

i just renewed my both simcards to unlimited on demand but i want to change it because i don’t like it.

i want to change my first one (XXXXXX) to o2 mobile s 10 GB for (9.99)€
 

and i want the second one (XXXXXX) to be unlimited (max 29.99)€ if it’s possible.

if not then i want to cancel both my simcards.

Since that's not possible, cancel at the end of the minimum term.

Renewed? You can cancel contracts concluded online within 14 days.

Otherwise the agreed contract term is binding!

like Klaus_VoIP wrote, if you ordered the extension online or extended via our hotline, you can revoke within 14 days after your received the tarif conditions via e-mail. 

You can revoke with your phone numbers cited via e-mail to our address widerruf@cc.o2online.de
