I bought a new e-Sim. I enter a phone number to register and it says I will receive an SMS. However, my SIM card is already locked because I cannot enter a PIN code. Therefore, I do not receive an SMS. How can I get the PIN code?

normally, the PIN should not be requested for an eSIM. However, there have recently been some SIM cards with a PIN request, and you are probably affected by this too:
To be able to use your contract quickly, please contact our customer service. Your eSIM probably needs to be replaced. You can reach our English speaking support on 089/66 66 300 81 (Mon. - Fri. 8 am - 8 pm, Sat. 10 am - 6 pm, on workdays).
