400+ ms drops LTE+


Hi o2 team, From time to time, I struggle with the issue of ping jumping from the standard 30-40ms to 400+ms (sometimes even 800), regardless of whether I have 4/4 or 2/4 LTE+ coverage. I've reported this problem a few times, but each time no one seemed to see the issue. Can I please ask for help in determining the cause and how to address it?

at that address we do not have any disturbances and a good LTE net outside as well as inside buildings.

do you use your Prepaid 999Gb plan only at one address? If yes, could you provide a parellel street for your address in 84513 in order for us to have a closer look?
