Should I order again?


I ordered Sony WHXXXXXXX headphones a week ago. The delivery charges were deducted from my card but I have received not a single email confirming the order.

I have no update regarding the order. I needed the headphones before my trip at the end of this month. I can not get it from somewhere else either now because I don't know if this order is under process or not.

Can you please assist? Thanks.

Hello @Anasyasin , did you receive anything via E-Mail the last 4 days?

When you ordered the headphones, were they marked available for immediate delivery?

@o2_Steffen I ordered 10 days ago. They were available. No email or anything since then. I dont need them now as I have ordered from Amazon. Please make sure that I don't receive it randomly.
