Hi, I have a postpaid plan, I lost my last phone so I blocked my sim card. I went to an O2 shop to get my new sim card but their systems were not working and they couldn’t find me, they told me to call the hotline to request it but I have no phone available to do it and I cannot find my customer number. Is there any way you can help request my new sim card?
