My Prepaid M doesn't renew although it looks active and I have credit

Hello,

My prepaid M package ended yesterday and I added enough credit so that it renews itself. Currently, it says my current package ended today but I am still active on prepaid M.

However, it doesn’t deduct money from my account to actually renew it and I don’t have any buttons/actions to renew it myself. How can I solve this?

problem solved, it automatically renewed in the morning at 8am. However, this doesn’t make sense since I might need it urgently and why do I have to wait till the morning so that it renews my package?
