Hello, I ordered a XXL Internet connection plan, but  I forgot ask for a WLAN Router, Is possible to charge a ROUTER WLAN in my current plan?

I called them, to order a WLAN router and associate to my current order status. I don’t see any order or email about WLAN router has added to my current contract. Could you help me, please?

Hello @fredmanre ,

the order for your contract needs to have been processed far enough before the router can be added and sent out to you, as such it can take a bit before you’ll get a confirmation for it.

Hi, I’ve waited for two week and I cannot see my WLAN Router order added to my contract, Could you help me, please? I’ve already ordered a WLAN router, but it’s not appear in my order yet.

when is the activation date for your contract? When a router is ordered separately to a contract, it needs to be activated before it can be added and as such appears for you.

The activation fo my contract is 01/07/2022. I’ve called to order a WLAN Router two weeks ago. I did not see the router add to my contract yet, help me, please!

Hi @fredmanre ,

 

if the 1st if July is your activation date, your order will be processed then at the earliest. Without an active contract, there is no base to (later) add router, because the inital order cannot be changed.

Since the activation date is already next week, you should receive more infos about the order quite soon.

Could you please check if my WLAN router was already add to my current order? This is very important for me, because if in the next 3 days I do not receive the wlan router, I’ll have to cancel the contract. Thanks in advance!

as both Kurt and myself told you, the router can not be added to the order, before the contract isn’t active. Only at that point will the order for the router be processed.

Hello, My contract is already activated, but I cannot see any wlan router order aded to my contract. I ordered a wlan router almost 4 weeks ago and my WLAN order is not add to my contract yet. Could you help me please? I need it
