I have S10 plus with contract of 45 euros per month. But apart from it I am also getting bill of 13 euros as M boost traiff. Is it normal? I thought in 45 euros the mobile traiff is included. Kindly clear my doubt.

Please note that you always receive 2 separate bills: one for your tariff and one for your device.
Did you not get a confirmation when you began the contract?
You also have the possibility to check your tariff under the link http://g.o2.de/mein-tarif and your device under the link http://g.o2.de/handyinfo.
