Password


Hello

I am planning to move out of Germany in about a month, I have all the documents and all the info on how to do that. I am just having one problem, when I try to login in this portal 

it shows the message “Die Anmeldung ist fehlgeschlagen. Bitte versuchen Sie es erneut.” I can login in mein O2 with the same username and password with no problem. 

Can you help me to find out the problem?

I did change my password again with the link you sent. I can login into mein O2, but when I try to login in here: 

It is still not possible; it says: “Die Anmeldung ist fehlgeschlagen. Bitte versuchen Sie es erneut.”

are you sure that you´re registered in our Portal?

If so, are you sure you are using the correct username?

Hello

Yes and yes, 100% sure.  I am registered and I login in mein o2 everyday with no problem, it is just in the link above that I have the error message.

Unless I have to be registered in a different portal than o2online.de it makes no sense that I can login in Mein o2 no problem, and then in 

I can’t.

Okay, you're all about sending the router back, right?
You don't have to log on to it.
