Where can I request the 4-digit customer number for mobile termination?

Hello,

I am canceling my contract. However, I could not find the 4-digit personal customer number. Can anyone help me?

    I am  happy to help you with the 4-digit personal identification code. Just fill out this form: request for a new 4-digit personal identification-code On this form, you can write down a new 4-digit personal identification-code and we will then change it in your data.
