O2 customer | Junge Leute Konto | File Upload not working on website to confirm student status


Dear team,
I received an email from O2 asking me to confirm my student status. I have been trying to finish this process since Friday for several times through different mobiles, my iPad and my Laptop with different browsers and there is a problem with the website (https://www.o2online.de/ecareng/tariff-data/asc-legitimation), wherein I’m not able to upload the pdf file (despite it being only ) in size.

I would be thankful for your assistance on this regard. Sincerely,

Please be aware of the fact that the uploaded document is not allowed to have more than 6 MB. Please use only the following format: pdf, doc, docx, png or jpg.

Please have a last try.

until now, we did not receive any document to verify your young people benefits.

Please be aware of the fact that we need this verification within 21 days beginning with the activation of your contract.

Do you still have problems to upload your document?
