I'm a prepaid user and I want to keep my phone number by adding money.
I sent a blank message to 56656 and received an IBAN number, so I transferred EUR 0.01 to this IBANK and I write down my phone number, but my transfer was refunded, can you help?

Did you only enter your mobile phone number in the reason for payment (Verwendungszweck) or also the four-digit check number that is given in the SMS?
