I am an international student. I have went to buy a contract sim of 20+ euros with unlimited internet but the agent in O2 shop said that offer has been cancelled on the day before and asked me there is only one offer of buying two sims and paying 35 euros for 100 GB per month and o2 only have that offer with least fees. Unfortunately I bought this because I trusted him and I had an urgency, later on the same day my friend contacted me and said she bought a sim with unlimited internet with 20+ euros from another shop in same city. Now I am paying 37 euros per month with only 100 Gb. I contacted O2 support multiple times and my call connected on May 2025 and the person said they dont know why I had to buy 2 sims and they really had an offer with unlimited or 300 GB. I went back to the same shop and asked for the explanation and they said they cant do anything about it because i have signed it.
I am an international student who trusted O2 but this was too disappointing and this payment is too much for my monthly allowance.
