Confusion with bill for Changed/extended contract

Hi,

I recently extended/changed my contract from O2 smart online to O2 M on 02.06. I received emails and SMS that the contract will change from 02.06, but I also saw that the bill for O2 smart online is billed on 02.06. Therefore will I be paying for two contracts this month or only the new contract?

You pay for the o2 Smart until June 1st, and then only for the o2 M from June 2nd. There's no double billing.

Hello ​@Revogeo, Bumer explained it well, the new and the old plan/tarif will be calculated proportionally before and from June 2nd on 🙂
