Wrong contract


Hello,

By the mistake dein handy  sent me 2 huawei p40 phones with the SIM cards. I returned one full package to the dein handy. They received it. However I want to stop second SIM card and any charges made for the second SIM: SIM no.  89xxxxxxxxxxxx3207 . Second sim wasn't used at all and I didn't sign contract for it so I'm not obliged to pay any fees for the second phone or SIM.And I want finally to receive correct invoice for 1sim and 1phone. Pls help

As you ordered everything at the online-provider DeinHandy, I would like to ask you to send a withdrawal letter to that company. You have a withdrawal-period of 14 days.

 

As soon as we receive the confirmation from DeinHandy to cancel the contract at once, we will do that and will send you a confirmation by e-mail.
