On the first day or pre order of goggle  pixel 7 pro..ive pre order 1 on my o2 account although i still have a pixel 6 pro and a s21 ultra at that time. Ang the 15 days later  i ca fill up the given site on o2 which is directly on google site. Like filling up the info from my p7pro purchase. So i did! Ive filled up all the info on the 1st hour of the official day. And it says it may take 4to 6 weeks... and now its already half a year and still i havent received any watch or news. I juat dont wanna let it slip away beacuse im paying it with my hard end cash. I do have documents if ever you'll need some. Box etc. AND OF COURSE YOU GUYS CAN check my phone carrier which is Telefonica or O2 De.  Please check my account. Ive already have 3 to 4 vertrag or contract from you guys and already renewed the other one. If your telling me to message google, ive already did and they told me to message you guys with regardsto the matter.

i am glad to welcome you here in our community. 😀
Last year, there were a special action from google. If you bought a pixel 7 pro you were able to register the phone and get a special, like a smartwatch. 
Were you able to register your phone? What kind of answere did you have received?

Yes i did. Register on the first day. I did everything you told me. Like fill up the infos on the link directed to google. And i did manage to finish everything. Bud sadly nothing came to me after weeks and months. Not even a email.

Have you already written to Google once, there where you filled in the information? I'll see if I can still find information about this action. But it would also be good to request information from the other side.

Can i please have the pixel watch that was supposed to be a freebie for the first orders of pixel7pro. I still havent' receive it.

I wanted to check in on your case but can’t find any link to your customer account by the mail or phone number you left to us?
Would you mind sharing an update and tell us wether you stil need support or if the watch has arrived by now?
