Hi! I made a new contract for Google Pixel 7 Pro with free Pixel Buds Pro last Nov 28 and got the Pixel 7 Pro on Dec 3. I requested the Pixel Buds Pro in the extra hardware portal and I receive a confirmation that the extra Hardware will be shipped probably on Dec 19 after the 14 days cancellation period. However up until now, the extra hardware still didn't arrive, no delivery or shipping updates too.
Can anyone help on this?
