Will I get delivery notification for extra hardware


Hi! I made a new contract for Google Pixel 7 Pro with free Pixel Buds Pro last Nov 28 and got the Pixel 7 Pro on Dec 3. I requested the Pixel Buds Pro in the extra hardware portal and I receive a confirmation that the extra Hardware will be shipped probably on Dec 19 after the 14 days cancellation period. However up until now, the extra hardware still didn't arrive, no delivery or shipping updates too. 

Can anyone help on this?

Thanks for your reply. Sorry for confusion, I did not receive anything on my email. However, I got the confirmation on the extra hardware portal itself after filling up the form to request for my extra hardware.

I am clueless what's the status now of the delivery as the extra hard portal doesn't give this kind of information and i am not receiving anything on my email regarding delivery :(

Unfortunately, the Buds seems lost. Last January 29, I received a notification card from DHL, that the delivery failed last Jan 28 so they forwarded the package in a Postfiliale. 

The next day, Jan 29 I went there to pick up the package but they told me the package is not there. When we checked the DHL website, apparently the package is still for delivery.

So I kept waiting, until Jan 31, on DHL website the package is already showing delivered on the Postfiliale.

Unfortunately, yesterday, Feb 1 and today, Feb 2, after repeated visit Postfiliale. They said that the package is not there and they don’t have idea where it is even though in DHL website, the packaged was delivered to them.

The problem now is that since the notification card I got from DHL was dated Jan 28, it means tomorrow is the 7th day where the package will no longer be available for pickup.

This is already very frustrating and stressing for me :(

I am sorry to read this. At the moment, we can only wait for the 7 days to pass and see what DHL's status will be. If this status is still unchanged after three days, then I can forward this for you.

Please post us the updates here while the next days. I will keep your case in mind.

Hi @o2_Marco Do you have news on this?

 

The track and trace status of the shipment remains the same. It actually has two which is confusing:
1. Shipment forwarded to retail outle at Tu, 31.01.2023, 16:49 hours

2. The shipment is being brought to Filliale… at Tu, 31.01.2023, 16:49, Berlin

 

And the item is not really in the Filliale. This is my first time to encounter such confusing shipment. Something is really wrong here as 16 days already have passed since the last status.

sorry for the later answer. I have now contacted colleagues and described the situation to them. I'm surprised that you don't get the info online that the package was sent back to us, but would still be in the store. You have not been in the Store since 02.02. and have asked, right? I hope that the colleagues have a solution for you and can help you. 🍀

Thank you so much for your help but unfortunately something suspicious happened again in the delivery.

 

Last March 1 (Wed), I received a letter from DHL that my case is being investigated and I have to send a return letter to confirm if my package is not really delivered. I sent the letter to them on March 3 (Fri) to confirm that I did not receive the package.

 

After few days, March 7 (Tuesday) at night I receive a yellow card from DHL that I have a package to pick-up in Postfiliale. The card have different “Sendungsnummer” from the previous one and since I am not expecting any delivery, I assumed that this package is my extra hardware from O2. However, I noticed that the card is dated February 27, which means the 7 working days have already passed and the package might not longer in the Postfiliale.

Today, March 9, I went to the Postfiliale and indeed the package was not there. The Postfiliale said that it might have been returned already the sender because the card is dated Feb 27. Note I wasn’t able to pick up the item the next day after I received the yellow card since it was holiday (March 8)

 

This is really frustrating, I am not sure why DHL will send the card after the 7 days working days window to pick the item in the post office. This extra hardware delivery is already wasting a lot of my time and energy.

 

Can you help to have a look on this matter, and if possible can the package delivered directly at home address? Please let me know. Thanks!

as a rule, the packages are always sent to the home address. The delays in the process are probably related to the strike at the post office. 

Have you already been to the branch and were able to look at the package?

Yes I went there and they said the package is no longer in the branch :(

It’s been 3 months since I open the mobile contract and the extra hardware was one of the reasons why I decided to start contract. It’s frustrating that the delivery is always having issues/coordination :(

Any news? Will there be another delivery attempt, and also can I get email notification once there is so issue like the previous one (receiving the notification card by mail on the the last day of package pickup) will be avoided?

Thanks for the help. Last March 23 I received an email from O2 that DHL lost the gadgets and O2 will send/order another device to me. But since then I didnt receive anymore updates.

I tried to contact O2 through that email but there's no response.

Can you help on the follow-up when the new device will be send? Thanks!

I received the information that DHL delivered the shipment to your neighbor on March 25th. I sent you the DHL tracking number and the name of the neighbor via PM.
