Will I get delivery notification for extra hardware


Hi! I made a new contract for Google Pixel 7 Pro with free Pixel Buds Pro last Nov 28 and got the Pixel 7 Pro on Dec 3. I requested the Pixel Buds Pro in the extra hardware portal and I receive a confirmation that the extra Hardware will be shipped probably on Dec 19 after the 14 days cancellation period. However up until now, the extra hardware still didn't arrive, no delivery or shipping updates too. 

Can anyone help on this?

Unfortunately my neighbour seems to be away. I tried to knock/buzz on their door several times for a week but no one is responding.

Do you have a suggestion regarding my situation? Maybe I can just pick up my additional device on one of your stores near to me (to avoid this delivery mess) and I’ll return the device from my neighbour once I am able to catch them.

I’ll be on a long vacation starting May 12 (more than a month) and it will be nice if I can have my buds before that date. It’s been months now and it is already too much trouble and stress for me :(

The only way will be to get the buds from your neighbour…🤷🏻‍♂️

yes, that's true, that was really a lot of stress for you. I'm sorry that all this has happened. Unfortunately, the buds are shipped for us and so I can't request new ones for you in the system. The only thing left to do, as jsc has already written, is to wait for your neighbor and ask him for the buds.

Unfortunately my neighbour is still not around and I am leaving Berlin soon for months of vacation :(

For me, this delivery is another failure for two reasons:

  1. I didn’t receive any email notification from O2 or DHL that my buds is being delivered. If I receive this email I will be able to closely monitor the delivery and be able to pick up the item from my neighbour on the same delivery day
  2. I didn’t receive any letter/card from DHL to inform me that the item was delivered to my neighbour

This is already the third attempt and it’s frustrating that despite the previous failures, no careful handling and alternative solution was thought to make sure I will get the device as the delivery is already months delayed.

The reason why I opened another contract with O2 is because I am satisfied with the service but this experience is now affecting my loyalty. I hope something can be done on my issue before I left Berlin for my vacation.

I’m really sorry to read this from you. Of course, we want you to be satisfied with our service and it’s a pity that this is not the case. Maybe you can write a letter to your neighbor and ask him to give you the package or you can take other steps. Since there is nothing else I can do for you, I can only hope for you that you will reach your neighbor before you go on vacation. 🍀

I already left Berlin last week and I also left a letter to my neighbour since the day you have informed me that it was delivered to my neighbour however I did not receive any message from them that’s why I am highlighting that this delivery is another failure. :(

Do you know that you can redirect your delivery to your local or nearest Packstation?
DHL parcel redirection
Can we get an update on your delivery and your neighbour?
Do you need further support?
