O2 is a big cheater, i took the contract in November '2022.. I was supposed to get the Wechsel Bonus per contract 100€ in total 200€. But since last 7 months this is hanging and every customer care agent is telling me different story. This is pathetic.

I am sorry that you are dissatisfied with the service. If I understand correctly, you were not granted the welcome bonus. Was it still listed in your order confirmation at the beginning of the contract, for example? Where exactly did you sign the contract(s)?
