Hello,

I have been using o2 5g since little bit more than a year now. We were satisfied with how it was working. I am on home office and I can say that I managed to work easily for 11 months. But since 2 months, it is dramatic. The bandwidth is unstable, the ping quite high.

and since 3 weeks we are having repeated cuts. Last week we had a 5 day cut. We called the technical team no one is giving details of what is happening. It has been repairs on Monday. From Monday to Thursday I can count already 3 shut down

if o2 isn’t willing to fix the issue properly. I would love to be aware of it so we stop the contrat. 
plus for now, no email saying sorry, no compensation for the harm done. 
 

The basis station we depend on is in Lottstetten. Can you provide us please with more details ?

I took a look into the netcoverage, there is a complete outtage regarding 5G and there are performance issues with 4G.

At the moment our technical team is working on a solution but there is no date so far, because its difficult to fix the problem within a short time. 😕

The compensation has been rejected, but the only reason is, that it only can be processed when the outtage has been fixed. Right now I can only ask for patience. Do you maybe have any other options to connect to the internet while you are in the home office?
