I’d like to file a complain about you employee under chat name “E.K.”.
Recently, I canceled my O2 contract and now after signing in to O2 portal I cannot access its content (contract data, bills, etc.). I need to see the bill as I have some questions about charges after the contrat cancellation. I wanted to know how can I see my latest bill now when portal access is denied? I explained the issue and repeated the question three times during our conversation.
At the end, I got the reply “for me it is not a problem” and immidiate chat disconnection!!!
I am really surprised by the rudness and highly unprofessional guesture. Unfortunatelly, with this I got a confirmation that cancelling the O2 contract was actually a good move. Looks like the mobile network service is not the only thing with a poor quality here.
