I have a DSL contract that I added to mobile contract. I| only ordered DSL, not TV, however it appeared on the first invoice as free, as well as in the app. After one month, I started to pay 4.99€, and when I realised it, I cancelled it from the app. Now it is appearing again in my invoice.
I have never used that service and I have been charged for that for months, even after cancelling it. Please, could you help me to get refund and that service to be cancelled, since I didn't ask for it in the first place.
