I want to transfer my current prepaid mobile number to another service provider. How can I do that? also I wanna know is it will charge additional amount and how much it will be? Will that money return to my account or not? Please I need a clear explanation of this.

porting your phone number is free of charge. You release your phone number in the o2 app.
Your new provider will ask immediately. You can have your credit paid out.
How can I request it? When I logged into my o2 account it doesn’t display an option to “ transfer your number to another service provider” likewise?
It's only possible via the o2 app. Please proceed as described in the link.
