In the last few weeks, O2 internet is not working at my home and Office.

all of my colleagues who are using Vodafone are working well but only O2 is not functioning.

please check this area. DE 65760 & DE 65824

it has been working well before but it suddenly shows only ‘E’ Marks, not ‘LTE’.

please revise it or advise it how you are going to handle it.

According to Live Check, a base station in area 65824 is currently disrupted. That could be the problem. Report a malfunction on this page: https://www.o2online.de/service/netzstoerung/

Have you checked if our Live Check reports a restriction for the exact address?

 

You can find the Live Check here:  >Klick<

There you can also report directly that you are affected by the restriction. And you will then be informed about the processing status via SMS.
