simcard and start packaging delivery address


hi, I've recently bought a simcard online and I'm a new customer of O2,, but after I've got the confirmation of my purchase i moved out from the address that I've gave for delivery and I'm at my new place and just got my name on the post box... i didn't get the simcard yet but i have already got an email to activate the simcard.. what should I do to get my simcard and where is it?

Hallo @ardal ,

 

have you managed to get in touch with the customer service?

The change of the SIM can only be started once the card is activated.

You could aso withdraw from the contract and order a new one, therefore preventing the steps of activating, changing the adress and the potential waiting time of 2 weeks (which will set in for SIM Changes / Orders after an adress change).

Hii and thanks for your response. No it's a verterag simcarde with unlimited basic tarife and i have order it online and gave my bank account for id verification
