I got a new sim card yesterday. And it was supposed to start working from today. However, it says “Sim not provisioned”. It is a postpaid sim card! What can I do?

If you order a SIM card or a new contract it is necessary that the SIM card gets activated. After the activation is initiated you will be able to use the SIM card within 48 hours, normally after a few minutes. Restarting the phone now and then after the activation may be necessary.
Did it work aready and does the SIM card work right now? :-)

Of course we’d have liked if you had come to us under different circumstances. That the activation of your sim card has so far been unsuccessful is unfortunate. From what I can see you already talked with the hotline earlier today and they have opened a ticket concerning your sim card, so hopefully this gets resolved soon. If you have any further questions please let us know.

if you are within the 14 days of withdrawal and if it is not a shopcontract it should be no problem. The answer may sone time.
But it seems your SIM-card is online since December 2nd.
