SIM card not active yet


I have ordered O2 my Home M LTE/5G on 22nd May, I got a SIM card on 23rd of June, now the SIM card is not active yet. Please help me on this. Note that,I deactivate the PIN via smart phone.

I regret that your sim-card is not active yet. Unfortunately, we have some technical disturbances that include also the activation of sim-cards. 

Our technicians are already clarifying the issue. Therefore, I would like to ask you for some patience.

Unfortunately there were some technical issues that influenced tha activation of SIM cards. It should be fixed by now so I assume you are already using the SIM card? :-)

I had the same issue. The LTE sim for MyHome M finally activated 2/3 days ago but am getting super slow internet. 50kbp/s max. I called so many times and the only advise I get is to restart the phone and turn off and on the mobile data. I got this for home office. This is taking far too long to resolve this issue.
