Hello I am a student from Japan.
I would like to do number portability from o2 to other company(Aldi). Then I looked the answer which I can do the number transfer via app but because of the different country access, I am not allowed to download the o2 app. Therefore would you mind sharing alternative way to do MNP?

That there is some kind of region lock preventing you from using the o2 App is unfortunate. As such I’ve now released the number that is connected to your community account. Your new provider now has a month of time to ask for the number to have it ported over. If you need any further help or have any questions, please let us know.
