Requested for a tariff, but my contract is a different tariff

I had ported my number from another provider to O2 in Schwandorf. The tariff I applied for was O2 unlimited Basic (under 29 tariff for young people) but I got O2 unlimited Smart. So now I'm paying €32.99, which is not I opted. I went to the store where I bought the sim several times and they told me it wasn't possible to change the contract. The problem is that my contract says O2 unlimited Smart, but I never applied for. Please tell me how I can change the contract to O2 unlimited Basic. Besides, this has been going on for more than 6 months.

Thank you!

Hello @Revogeo ,

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

From what I can see here, you have exactly the same contract as what was on the documents that you signed in the store here. If you talked about something else in the store, that’s not something we can know about, but the documents clearly show a Mobile Unlimited Smart.

Kind regards, Sven

Unlimited Basic costs 32,99. Unlimited Smart costs 39,99. Which tarif is shown in the invoices and what are you actually paying for it?

If there is a discrepancy, you signed the contract, so how is it not your fault?

Hi, thank you for your reply. Sorry I forgot to mention the under 29 tariff for young people, the post has been edited.

So you have the Unlimited Smart with a discount for under 29s and are paying 32.99 per month? And this is also what it says in the contract you signed?
