Hello,

I am writing to you, because on 19.10.2019 (Saturday) I was in one of your O2 department (Stadthausstraße 5, 55116 Mainz) and I tried (for the third time) to sign a contract with the O2 company. Unfortunately it turned out you refused me to have this service I was asking for. One of yours employee wrote to you an email that day (19.10.2019) with an ask for explanation and reviewing my contract signing request again. To date, I have not received any message from you, neither giving the reason for refusal nor informing me that this service is already available to me. I am living and working in Germany for almost 3 months and it makes my life really difficult to not be able to use commonly available services as phone or internet. Now I am starting to afraid that the only reason why you do not want to sign a contract with me is because I am not from Germany and this kind of behaviour I believe is not acceptable in the todays world. I want to solve this problem as soon as possible and I am hoping for finally signing a contract that will be favorable for both sides.

Hello there!

Thanks alot for contacting us!

You can, however, contact us via letter to get more information on this matter.
