Refund for Recharge Pack


I had 7,51€ as my Guthaben on my O2 Account. I booked a false pack of around 5,99€ I guess but I cancelled it on the spot (then and there). However, I did not get the refund yet. If I do not get the refund, how will I recharge my SIM Card with the actual needed recharge pack? My SIM Card's pack's validity is going to end tomorrow and I have no idea when I will get the refund back. Please help me. :(

You will not get a refund if you only cancel the package. You have to withdraw the order.
For a refund, please contact o2 prepaid customer care. You can use the o2 prepaid customer chat (o2 prepaid chat): www.o2.de/chat

By the way: The 50% discount can only be used once. If you book the package again or automatically renew it, you will have to pay the full price.
