I have deactivated my O2 number in September and I paid the full required fee (advanced payment of 3 months) however I keep receiving fees , last month I received a bill that I have to pay 1,2 euro and I paid using bank transaction, today I received one stating that I have a fee of 4 euro since the last transaction couldn’t be done using direct debit so I would like to ask about the reason I keep receiving bills even though I already paid everything? Why would I still receive fees even after my number is deactivated and my contract is canceled?
