Hi there! 
 

ive recently noticed that I have only four payments left on my “handy rate” for my smartphone left, and I’m glad for this. I’ve checked against my own records and it’s correct. However the “Mein o2” app shows 7 left, but when I click “show more” it shows 4 left, which is correct. 
 

Secondly, I extended my phone contract to the new unlimited plan last night but the invoice was sent to an old email address which is no longer accessible, my fault since I didn’t remember to update the details. Is there any way someone here can send it again to the now corrected email address on my account? 

And lastly, how long do I typically have to wait before the service updates and changes my “Tarife” displayed on the app? I ask because I’m now using the unlimited and it still shows as “o2 Free M 2017” and not the updated one, along with the data being displayed as limited at 10gb whereas it should be unlimited.

You can update the email address for billing notifications in mein o2 or in the app. The invoice itself is not sent by email though, so you can just download it in mein o2 or the app.

Tariff changes can take a couple if days to appear in your account.

It stated that Rechnung details would be sent to the email I provided on my account. I’ve changed the email, I was asking for any details they may have sent to be resent to the now updated address.  
 

As for the tariff, all good then. I’ll wait it out. 
 

As for the payment plan - it appears to have resolved itself here. I just reinstalled the app and it’s good now. 


You mean details of the tariff change? These are usually sent once the change has been made in the system, i.e. is also visible in the app, so probably today or tomorrow. I would ask again at the beginning of next week if have not received an email with the new contract details by then.

were you already able to change your email address via the Mein o2 App? In that case you wll recieve any information regarding tariff changes to the new address from then on :-)
