Hi, I have a problem to call EU country. I tried once time to call to Italy and it worked, but now I cannot call again. I am using Kombi-optionen my prepaid L package right now. I do not understand why. how can I call to Italy again?

Hi!
You can use a booked package only in Germany oder in the EU, but not i.e. for calling or sending sms from Germanyto foreign countries. In this case you have to pay for outgoing calls.

do you have the funds necessary to start the call on your card?
There is no way barring in place, by the way - I’ve checked just in case.
