Why my Sim card doesn't have signal and doesn't recognize by my phones.It always shows no Sim.

Ja it was already activated,but still no signal at all..


the phone does not recognize the SIM, does not ask for the PIN and shows “no SIM inserted”, i tried also to check the SIM in a different phone but still doesn't recognize the Sim.


Hello @Chachi ,

if the SIM isn’t being recognized at all by multiple phones than it probably is defect and you’ll need a replacement. The fastest way to get one would be if you have an o2 Shop near you that you can go to directly receive a new SIM Card. Outside of that, you’d be best of contacting the hotline or chat, so that they can send you a replacement.
