Hi,

 

My number is XXXX(prepaid) and i applied to port my number to another company 2 weeks ago.

I went to an O2 shop(Jungfernstieg, Hamburg).

I filled a from there to cancel and move my number.

Then they told me that i will be charged for 10 Euros and told me to load 10 Euros.

I loaded 10 euros by making a bank transfer to Telefonica IBAN on 03.12.2020

It is 9.12.2020 now and still no solution. It is really getting frustrating.

The new provider company cant finish the process and i am out of communication, pls help urgently.

My colleagues set the mobile number free. To pay the porting fee of 6,65 EUR please charge your SIM card with a certain amount. But watch out: you still use the o2 My Prepaid S (costs 9,99 EUR per month). It will take the amount you charge if the package is not cancelled.

If you need some assistance to get rid of it, just get back to us.

I went to O2 shops 5 times for this issue, and until now nobody told me i also have to cancel the package, except you. They all said i have to load 10 euros for the porting fee. And i only followed instructions from the store dealer of O2. She gave me iban and so payed it assuming its porting fee. But, its gone to air because package was not cancelled. Fantastic :)

So can you pls tell me, how to cancel the package and if i have to load money again, how can i do it being sure this time?

Additional information:

I am checking o2online.de to cancel the current prepaid package but it does not let you to cancel here.

I cannot see anything like cancel or kuendigen.

Also, Mein O2 mobile app is not available in Google Play Store for newcomers to Germany like me.

Then how to do the cancellation, can you help pls o2_Manga?

Can someone pls help???

Is my number free to port now, or do i have to pay 10 Euros again for a second time? (which i really dont understand why)

Its been 13 days since my cancelling application!..

Is there anyone who cares about doing the responsibility to a customer who applied and payed to quit 13 days ago??
