Hello, I got a new phone contract from O2 a few days ago and I was told I can bring my old number with me to O2 once I register on the account with the new number from an O2 store employee. How can I do that?

You register with your phone number from your new contract at “Mein o2”

 

If you have done that, you go in the menu to “Tarif & Sim-Karte” 
After that, you go to “Vertrag verwalten” → “Rufnummer zu o2 mitnehmen”
Then you type in your number, that you want to move to us.
 

It is important that you release your phone number for porting at your previous provider so that it can be ported to us.
