Hi, 

I just received a new O2 sim card for a new contract I signed up for. Usually when I change contracts, it is applied on my existing number but now I see that there was a new O2 mobile number generated.

How can I port my existing "Old" number to the new contract? Right now I have both the old and new numbers activated.

@o2_Steffen, I filled out the form and sent it out but yet to hear back from O2. I might just drop by at an O2 store and request the change. Didn't think it would take so much time.
