Paypal automatic subscription


Dear O2 Team,

I realized that there is a monthly transaction of 10 Euros to one of O2 number but I don't see it in the Mein O2 section or invoice.

 

Also, I dont see the past history of payment in Mein O2 department.

 

I dont recollect how to cancel it 

 

Can you please help. This is very difficult situation for me.

In order to help you in this matter, please answer the following questions: 

  • Is it concerning your mobile phone number that is also registered here in our o2 Community, or is another number charged?
  • Is it concerning a prepaid or a postpaid-card?

Please make sure that you do not mention here in this public thread any personal details like your mobile phone number. If we need more details, we will invite you to a private message.

Unfortunately, the paypal subscription doesnt indicate which number is linked to and that is the exact qn I have.

without further information from you, it is a little difficult to say which number the charge should belong to. I can tell you that for the phone number with which you are registered here in the forum, a top-up of 10 euros took place on January 2nd. According to the information I provided here, however, this top-up took place via a SEPA direct debit mandate. You have already revoked this in the meantime.
