Hello everyone. I wanted to order Iphone without contract  2 times and everytime it was cancelled and they did not write the reason.Do you know why?

If you like to receive the reason for the denial of your device, please write a letter to the following address:

Telefonica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG

Auskunftsstelle

90345 Nürnberg

Please include in your letter your first and last name, your birthday date and your complete address.

 

You will then receive an answer.
