I made an oder for the new iPhone with a O2 phone contract. After that I received an email that I that my oder for the phone was denied. Today I received the envelope with the sim card. My question is if I can cancel the O2 phone contract? Because I don't want an contract if I cannnot buy it with the phone.

    Yes, you can. You should have received a notice of your right to cancel within 14 days ("Widerrufsbelehrung") together with the email confirmation. There you will find the email address to send your cancellation notice.

    Hello

    Thank you for the answer. I only received three emails.
    • One email with my order in 29 September at 2PM and there I cannot find an e-mail adress or ("Widerrufsbelehrung") .
    • The second e-mail in 29 Spetember at 2:09PM with the information that I cannot make an order with a phone and if I want to know why to send a letter to Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG Auskunftsstelle 90345 Nürnberg
    • The third e-mail today in order to activate my sim card
    I cannot find in any emails from O2 information about ("Widerrufsbelehrung") or an e-mails adress from O2 regarding cancellation.

    Can you help me with the e-mail adress where I can send the cancellation request?

    One last question. The envelope with the sim card do I send them back to the Auslieferung und Retouren Service address that I have in the envelope? Telefonica Germany GmbH & CO: OHG, c/o arvato, Bielefelder Str. 45, 33428 Harsewinkel?

    Or to another address?

    You don't need to return the SIM.
