Hi,
Is it possible to get a combined invoice for my phone (device) payment and the o2 subscription itself (calls, data)? Currently I get 2 different invoices every month; one for the device and another for the subscription plan. I would like to get a combined invoice (doesn’t have to be detailed). My contract consists of the device and subscription plan.

Devices are always handled under separate accounts within our system, as such it is no possible to provide you with a unified invoice for both your contracts and any additional myHandy contracts you have with us.

You have two separate contracts: device and tariff. For the device you will have received the invoice when you bought the phone and you are now paying it off in monthly instalments in accordance with the payment plan. There are no monthly invoices for the device.
