I walked into an O2 shop to pay my bill for the current and previous month, he logged into my account via the sms code I received and told me that I have to pay 120 Euros for both months. He then said they only take cash. He accepted the cash and gave me a bill, later I realised that the bill had no details other than the fact that 120 euros was payed on that date. Its been two weeks and I'm incurring late fees. The shop is never open when I go back even though its within opening hours, and when I get a hold of the guy through the phone he tells me it will be credited to my account soon. I'm a student and cant really afford this nonsense.
