hello
i had bought a o2 my internet to go contract and it worked just fine for a month but yesterday night at 11;59 my contract of one month flat expired and now i am not able to extend my contract because on o2 app it says “ due to technical reasons you data cannot be loaded” er.(502). and on the o2 website too i cant extend or book the next months pack it shows the same error there too. what might be the problem?
